Engaging our community in conversations about nature and the fascinating reptiles and amphibians that live all over the globe helps create a better understanding and respect for our natural world.
Our programs offer the chance to experience a part of it that most are not so familiar with.
The Reptile and Amphibian Center is completely operated by volunteers and funded by donations and funds from our programs.
By booking a program with us, you help us financially sustain our facility and allow us to further educate our community!
All of our programs include time for individuals to interact with our animal ambassadors and/or experience them up-close.

Education Programs
Perfect for Schools, Clubs and Community Groups, our education programs are customized to cover a wide range of topics to fit each individual experience.
Each program includes hands-on experience with our amazing animal ambassadors and allows time for curious minds to ask questions!

Guided Hikes
Guided hikes are great for anyone who wants to learn more about wild animals and natural spaces in the Northern Colorado area. Each hike includes opportunities to see a variety turtles, snakes, and amphibians, and to learn more about identifying which animals are invasive.
If you have questions about accessibility (ex: mobility on trails, communication needs, etc.), please feel free to reach out so we can accommodate however we can.

Perfect for Work Gatherings, Team-building Events, Festivals, you name it! We can make any event memorable and exciting.
Anyone of any age can have the chance to see some amazing and rare animals up close at our public events.

Parties
Our party experience is fun and exciting for all ages. Pick a theme (Australian Animals, Things that Slither, or invent your own!) or have us bring a variety of animals. We typically bring 5-7 different species depending on our animals’ needs and health.
